By accessing or using Shingō Sniper (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service provides tools for signal and copy trading. We are not a broker, exchange, or custodian, and we do not hold user private keys or digital assets. Trades execute via third‑party protocols you connect to with your own wallet.
Shingo Markets is a feature of the Service that provides an interface to discover and trade outcome‑based markets (for example, "YES"/"NO" outcome tokens) using third‑party infrastructure and liquidity venues. We are not a derivatives exchange, a broker, a futures commission merchant, or a clearing organization. We do not control the outcome of any event, and we do not control settlement processes or third‑party venue rules.
Your use of Shingo Markets may be subject to additional third‑party terms, including those of liquidity providers, execution routers, and data sources. Those third parties may impose eligibility requirements, access restrictions, or additional fees that are outside of our control.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Service (including Shingo Markets) complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access in jurisdictions where we determine that access or use may be prohibited or restricted, or where we determine that risk to the Service or users is elevated.
Shingo Markets (Prediction Markets) is not available to persons or entities who are located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the feature from certain jurisdictions due to third‑party venue requirements and other legal and compliance constraints.
Important: This restriction applies to Shingo Markets. Other parts of the Service may remain available in some of the jurisdictions listed below.

This also includes any jurisdiction or territory that is the subject of comprehensive country‑wide, territory‑wide, or regional economic sanctions imposed by the United States.
We may update this list from time to time. If you believe you were restricted in error, contact support@shingosniper.com.
Authentication is provided by Privy. You are responsible for the security of your accounts and devices. Do not share access credentials.
Pro plan trades include a transparent platform fee (currently 0.5% per trade). Trial accounts incur 0% fee. Fees may change with notice.
Certain features (including Shingo Markets) may involve third‑party fees, network fees, or venue fees. Where available, we present fee information in the user interface before you confirm a transaction.
Digital asset markets are volatile. You may lose value. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Historical performance of signals or leaders does not guarantee future results.
Prediction markets and outcome‑based contracts are speculative. You may lose 100% of the funds used for a position. Prices may be volatile and may not reflect actual probabilities. Liquidity may be limited and you may be unable to exit a position at your desired price. Settlement outcomes depend on published rules and external data sources, and may be delayed or subject to dispute processes under third‑party venue rules.
Electronic trading involves risk of disruptions. Outages, software bugs, degraded RPC performance, or third‑party interruptions can prevent you from entering, modifying, or closing positions, or from accessing timely data.
The Service is for tooling and automation. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.
We integrate with third‑party services (e.g., Solana RPC, Jupiter, Privy). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.
For Shingo Markets, third parties may include execution routers, liquidity providers, and market operators. We are not responsible for third‑party services, including their availability, pricing, settlement, or rule changes.
You must not access or attempt to access restricted features from a Prohibited Locality using techniques intended to conceal or misrepresent your location (for example, VPNs, proxies, or similar network routing methods). While we may not detect or prevent every such technique, attempting to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
