• Account Information: Email address and linked wallet identifiers via Privy. We do not store private keys.

• Trading Metadata: Strategy configuration and execution metadata necessary to power the application. We do not store your seed phrases or private keys.
• Shingo Markets Data: If you use Shingo Markets, we process market selections, quotes, order parameters, and related wallet public keys necessary to request execution through third‑party services. We may also store a record of your in‑app positions and trade history to provide portfolio views and support.

How We Use Information

• Provide and improve the Service (e.g., load strategies, run risk checks).
• Secure accounts, prevent abuse, and monitor system reliability.
• Communicate product updates and important notices. You can opt‑out from non‑essential communications.
• Apply operational compliance controls, which may include deriving an approximate country from your network connection for feature availability decisions (e.g., Shingo Markets regional restrictions).

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with infrastructure providers that help us run the Service (e.g., hosting, analytics) under contractual obligations and only for the purposes described here.

If you use Shingo Markets, we may transmit necessary request data to third‑party services (for example, liquidity providers, execution routers, or market data sources) to fetch market data, obtain quotes, or submit orders. These third parties may process the data under their own privacy policies.

Please note that blockchain transactions are public by nature. If you submit transactions using the Service, related information (such as wallet addresses and transaction signatures) may be visible on public networks and block explorers. We cannot delete or modify public blockchain records.

Retention
